An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and highly respected construction business delivering quality projects across the South Coast.

We are seeking a commercially astute professional to take ownership of two live projects located in Worthing and Lancing, with a combined value of approximately £7 million. This role offers a great balance of site involvement and flexibility, with a requirement to attend the Southampton office once per week and the potential to work from home one day per week depending on workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Full commercial management of two concurrent construction projects
• Cost planning, procurement, and subcontractor management
• Valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Maintaining strong financial control and reporting
• Liaising with project teams to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction sector
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ideally based in or around the Chichester area
