Senior Project Quantity Surveyor up to €80,000 per annum About Your New Employer

About Your New Job
  • As the Senior Project Quantity Surveyor, you will manage all commercial aspects of residential construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Responsible for procurement, cost monitoring and control, reporting, preparation of interim payments, and settlement of final accounts.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, attend site meetings, manage subcontractor packages, and produce accurate project forecasts and valuations.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, lead on technical construction details, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
What Skills You Need
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying with significant post-graduate experience in a similar residential role.
  • Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Cost-ex (or similar), Microsoft Word, Excel, and the wider MS Office suite.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to meet demanding time and quality targets, and proactively manage priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience of working collaboratively within a team.
