Quantity Surveyor

Cleantech Civils is expanding and looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team, supporting projects across Dublin, Kildare, and Bray. We offer flexible working arrangements and an excellent remuneration package for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting including CVRs.
• Report into the Commercial Director.
• Processing of timely submissions for payment.
• Liaising with Project managers to ensure beneficial outcomes on all projects.

Selection Criteria / Person Specification

• Relevant Third Level Qualification/Equivalent.
• Experience with subcontractor package preparation and procurement.
• Post contract subcontract management experience, including valuations/final account negotiations.
• Ability to multi-task across projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent client liaison skills.
• Ideally 3+ years' Commercial experience working for a main contractor with a civil engineering background and experience with various types of contract forms.
• Only applicants who are legally eligible to work in Ireland.
