Quantity Surveyor

Our Dublin based clients are presently recruiting Quantity Surveyors for Large-scale Data Centre, Logistics, Industrial and Commercial project in County Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale, complex builds in the growing Data Centre and Logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of the project
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and cost forecasts
• Prepare valuations, measure works, and manage variations and claims
• Procure and manage subcontractors and suppliers, including tenders and contracts
• Maintain subcontractor accounts, interim payments, and final accounts
• Collaborate with site teams, design consultants, and clients to resolve commercial issues
• Produce and present monthly cost reports to senior management
• Support value engineering and cost saving initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, contract requirements, and industry best practice

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline
• 3+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large scale projects
• Exposure to Data Centres, Logistics, Industrial, or high value commercial projects is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (RIAI, JCT, NEC, or similar)
