Quantity Surveyor

Morgan Hunt is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for a contract of around 1 year.

The salary is £43k and the main duties of the role are:

• raising POs,
• compiling valuation templates,
• evaluating monthly applications,
• issuing Payment Certificates,
• carrying out site visits/measures,
• agreeing and scrutinising variations,
• issuing practical completion,
• dealing with retentions,
• concluding final accounts.
• Experience using SBCC and NEC contracts

The client will be looking for someone to start ASAP.
