A reputable main contractor is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to work on residential and mixed-use developments across Essex and East London.
Youll support the Senior QS and commercial team on all cost and contract duties, helping ensure profitable delivery.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 24 years QS experience with a main contractor or developer

  • Knowledge of RC Frame and housing projects a plus
