Join us at our Plymouth Office, where you'll be an integral part of our Quantity Surveying team. Your role will be pivotal in delivering comprehensive surveying services across commercial, residential, public, and private sectors. We are looking for candidates who are:

• Serve as an integral member of the Ward Williams QS team, supporting in the delivery of projects from inception to completion.
• Working towards a professional qualification, such as MRICS, with a clear commitment to achieving chartered status.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a consultancy environment within the construction industry, working as part of a Quantity Surveying team
• Experience across sectors, including residential (essential) and commercial development/infrastructure.
• Capable of independently managing projects at any RIBA stage (pre-contract/post-contract).
• Proficient in JCT contracts (essential) and familiar with NEC contracts (desirable).
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Skilled in analysing and presenting complex data in an understandable format.
• Awareness of B Corporation objectives, social value, and sustainable construction principles.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 and cost management software (e.g., CADMeasure, iTWO costX).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex issues clearly to different audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, fostering a motivated and productive environment.

The position will require an element of travel to fulfil the requirements of the role, so having a full clean driving licence would be desirable.
