Our clienta leading European consultancy in construction and real estateis offering a rare opportunity for an early-career QS to step into a more commercial, strategic role. Based in the Paris region with a flexible hybrid setup, youll be part of a dynamic, international team delivering high-impact hospitality and real estate projects across Europe.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing budgets, estimates, and detailed cost reports.
  • Support tender evaluations and contract documentation.
  • Participate in client meetings and gain exposure to strategic decisions.
  • Learn to prepare commercial forecasts, financial tracking, and project risk reports.
  • Collaborate with senior Cost Managers to deliver work on time and to high standards.


What You Bring

  • 1-3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar cost role.
  • A degree in quantity surveying, cost management, or a related RICS-accredited field.
  • Eagerness to develop commercial, client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency in English & French
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
