Quantity Surveyor - North Wales Company Vehicle

ParkCity Multitrade Ltd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our North Wales team based from St Asaph. You will manage project costs, prepare tender documents, valuations and final accounts across social housing, care and education sectors.

The role requires a Degree in Quantity Surveying, full UK driving licence and proven experience with JCT/NEC contracts. We offer a permanent contract, 40 hours per week, a company vehicle and a fuel card, with work across North Wales.
