Job Description
Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate-Senior) Tralee to Dingle, Co. Kerry
€70,000 - €90,000
We are seeking an Intermediate to Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established Irish civil engineering contractor on a two-year road project between Tralee and Dingle, Co. Kerry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the commercial side of projects from tender to final account
- Procure and manage subcontract packages
- Prepare valuations, cost reports and cash-flow forecasts
- Manage variations, change control and final accounts
- Report commercial performance to senior management
- 5+ years' post-qualification experience on civil engineering projects
- QS experience with a main contractor
- Good knowledge of Irish forms of contract
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Full driving licence
- Long-term career progression with a respected contractor
- Strong pipeline of work
- Salary of €70,000 - €90,000
