Quantity Surveyor - Major Projects & Financial Management

Ashfield District Council is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join the Corporate Services Finance team in Sutton-In-Ashfield. You will manage procurement and financial control for major works and asset projects from feasibility through to final accounts.

Responsibilities include preparing contract documents, cost estimates, budget monitoring, forecasting and producing final accounts, with an annual salary in the advertised range and a market supplement reviewed yearly.
