Responsibilities

• Preparation of cost plans and budget estimates
• Preparation of Bills of Quantities
• Monitoring project costs and reporting monthly against budget
• Preparing interim valuations and payment applications
• Assessing and pricing variations
• Attending site progress meetings with Contract Managers
