Quantity Surveyor - Hybrid (Durham) with NEC Experience

Avove is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial Team in Durham, with home working options. You will support budgets, financial reports and contracts to help each project succeed, building trusted relationships with clients and subcontractors.

The role requires an HNC in Quantity Surveying and NEC3/NEC4 contract experience. A full valid driving licence is a prerequisite, and you'll thrive on problem-solving, teamwork and shared success.
