Quantity Surveyor - Growth Projects & Valuations

Keid Consulting is seeking five Quantity Surveyors of various levels for our client in the UK. You will measure and value works for valuations, variations and final accounts, and provide commercial support to the build team.

The role involves preparing site cost budgets, obtaining approvals, drafting final accounts, and ensuring timely payments to subcontractors. Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills, accuracy, and teamwork are essential.
