Quantity Surveyor - Facilities Management(Hybrid UK Travel)

Whitestone Resourcing is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join its Facilities Management division. The role covers lifecycle, capital works and dilapidations across a large estate, with hybrid working and UK-wide travel.

You will manage costs, variations, valuations and reporting, while collaborating with procurement and operations to maximise value. NEC/JCT contract knowledge and professional body membership are advantageous.
