Quantity Surveyor - Cost & Budgets Specialist

Taylor Wimpey in the United Kingdom seeks a regional commercial professional to support procurement, commercial and contractual aspects of the BU. You will interface with BUMT, site teams, subcontractors, external suppliers and JV/Development partners.

You will help schedule and monitor costs, assist in budgets and cash flow forecasting, and ensure compliance with Building Regulations and NHBC requirements.
