Quantity Surveyor - Civil & Infrastructure (Hybrid)

Streamline Search Limited is assisting a leading contractor to appoint a Quantity Surveyor in Leeds on a hybrid basis. You will manage commercial delivery, monitor costs, valuations and cash flow, and support subcontractor procurement.

The role requires a BSc Quantity Surveying and 2-3 years in a commercial position, preferably in civil/rail projects. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for client and stakeholder liaison.
