We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Analyst (h/f) with strong Rates expertise to join a leading financial services organisation. This role is ideal for a quantitative professional with deep experience in modelling, pricing, and risk, combined with strong programming skills in Python and C++.

You will play a key role in the enhancement and extension of a core Quant Library, working closely with traders, quants, and risk teams to support pricing, valuation adjustments, and model validation across the Rates business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance quantitative models within the Rates domain

  • Contribute to the design, build, and performance optimisation of the Quant Library

  • Implement, calibrate, and maintain SABR models (volatility and VAR)

  • Partner closely with Front Office quants and technology teams to deliver scalable, robust solutions

  • Support risk and P&L teams with pricing, sensitivities, and model validation activities

Key Requirements
  • Strong academic background in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or similar)

  • Proven experience as a Quantitative Analyst/Quant Developer within a Rates environment

  • Strong programming skills in Python and C++

  • Hands-on experience with SABR modelling and VAR frameworks

  • Solid understanding of derivatives pricing, stochastic calculus, and risk management

  • Experience designing, building, or analysing large-scale quantitative libraries
