Quality Systems Specialist

We are recruiting a Quality Systems Specialist to join a leading Pharmaceutical company in Co Waterford. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact by simplifying and standardising processes, improving cycle times, and implementing risk-based approaches in all quality continuous improvement processes. This is an initial 12 month contract.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• As the Quality Systems Specialist, you will facilitate cross-functional teams to identify quality improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• As the Quality Systems Specialist, you will monitor and analyse quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• As the Quality Systems Specialist, you will lead and manage continuous improvement projects using appropriate methodologies.
• As the Quality Systems Specialist, you will support the implementation of new quality systems and tools.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
• Proven industry experience in quality systems and continuous improvement.
• A working knowledge and practical experience with digital transformation and AI-driven tools.
