Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Skills:

  • Review CSA subcontractor scopes, quality requirements and supply-chain compliance.
  • Review CSA pre-construction and design management processes to identify quality risks and gaps.
  • Assess quality standards across site activities and off-site manufacturing facilities.
  • Review completed ITPs and CSA checklists for accuracy, completeness and traceability.
  • Support project teams with NCR management, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Analyse quality trends and recurring issues across multiple projects.
  • Produce audit reports and monthly quality summaries, highlighting risks, actions and best practice.
  • Coach CSA Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and site teams on quality processes and standards.
  • Deliver toolbox talks, lessons learned and quality awareness sessions.
  • Develop and improve CSA processes, checklists and quality procedures.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to drive continuous improvement and consistency across CSA delivery.
Key Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction, Quality or a related discipline.
  • Strong CSA construction experience.

  • Experience within Power, Renewables and associated civil works.
  • Strong knowledge of ITPs, Quality Plans, QMS, inspections and NCR processes.
  • Previous quality assurance, quality control or auditing experience.
  • Strong understanding of contractor and subcontractor quality requirements.
  • Ability to influence, coach and work effectively with project teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Willingness to undertake approximately 50% travel across European projects.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification is advantageous.
  • Experience with digital quality management/workflow systems such as Nintex is advantageous.
  • Multi-site and European project experience is highly desirable.
