Quality Manager Assistant

Your future responsibilities: You will ensure quality control of production and guarantee compliance with internal standards, manage and supervise all analyses related to quality, draft precise and synthetic quality reports for internal monitoring, process customer feedback, analyze and propose corrective actions, follow and ensure quality standards in all processes, develop and monitor quality procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness. You will participate in project research and development and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will implement and follow quality procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness. You will participate in site visits and maintain contact with clients for any quality-related questions.Your profile: You will master ISO standards and specific quality standards in the sector, which will be a plus. You will bring your confirmed experience in quality, ideally in an industrial environment. You will communicate in German at a minimum B2 level to facilitate exchanges with colleagues from the German-speaking regions. You will effectively use quality control tools and apply proven methods. You will write clear, precise, and synthetic reports. You will demonstrate attention to detail, rigor, and strong adaptability and availability.
