G2 are currently working with an exciting client in the consumer product industry, who are looking for a Quality Manager to join as a freelancer on a 12-month rolling contract.
The client is based near to Amsterdam, Netherlands, and the role will come with regular travel to their supplier/manufacturing partners' offices in Germany and Switzerland.
They are a rapidly growing company specializing in consumer products, mainly focusing on the beverage industry, and are searching for candidates ideally with experience in thermoforming, injection moulding and flexible materials.
You will be leading all quality management processes and audits, ensuring global compliance and regulation standards are being met, as well as helping to setup fully operational QMS systems.

Location: Amsterdam region, Netherlands (travel required to Germany and Switzerland)
Rate: Competitive market rate
Start Date: January 2026
Key Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Packaging Engineering or similar
- Experience with thermoforming, food packaging, or injection moulding
- Background executing supplier quality audits and establishing QMS.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and food-contact material regulations
- Willingness to travel frequently within the EU (Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands)
- English speaking essential
