QC Lab Analyst Role

CK Group is recruiting for a QC Lab Analyst to join one of the top ten companies in the pharmaceutical industry on a 12-month contract basis.

Pay Rate: PAYE £20.97 per hour (inside IR35)

1. Responsibilities:
2. Carry out routine analysis on IPC, raw materials, manufactured and stability samples using classical and chromatographic techniques.
3. Utilize M-ERP and other IT systems for data management and reporting.
4. Provide analytical support for non-routine samples and assist in troubleshooting production issues.
5. Maintain integrity, a positive attitude, and collaborate across teams to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
6. Participate in activities for the effective operation of the quality laboratory, including reviewing and preparing procedures (LSOPs), validation reviews, COSHH, and risk assessments.
7. Contribute to GPS improvement activities.
8. Adhere to current Good Laboratory Practice (cGLP) in a regulated environment, following all relevant procedures.

Candidate Requirements

1. Previous experience in a Quality Control laboratory.
2. Competency in analytical techniques such as chromatography and classical testing methods.
3. Experience working in a GMP environment with a focus on quality and compliance.

This role is based at the client's site in Montrose, Scotland.
