Multi Channel- Quality Expert Reviewer (Hebrew speakers) - Dublin City Centre
Location: Onsite Dublin city centre (no work at home option currently available)
Salary: € 42,667 per annum
Shifts: Full Time, 40 hrs, Fully Flexible across Mon - Sun 08.00 - 19.00
Training: 4 weeks on site in Dublin
Contract: Permanent

Background Checking: Right to Work, Criminal Record Check, Credit Check, Any other associated checks
Must be able to evidence previous Content Moderator Experience and be fluent in Hebrew.
Job responsibilities:
- Support the quality review of the Client workflows managed by the Client Global Operations team.
- Content Moderation: review content including violent, self-harm, theft, fraud, privacy violation, hate speech, phishing, spam, malware, child exploitation, nudity, pornography, sexual solicitation and other topics as per policy.
- ID Review and Authenticity/Access Flows.
- Escalations handling.
- Support quality review of Client workflows managed by Clients Special Operations/Global Risk Ops, focusing on HERO (viral/meme content) and DOI (Dangerous Organization).
Key qualifications:
- Previous Content Moderator experience.
- Fluency in Hebrew.
- Strong understanding of cultural/regional context relevant to the market region.
- Ability to apply policy decisions in accordance with client abuse standard policies and training materials.
