This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing engineering business at the forefront of composite manufacturing technology, where you'll play a key role in shaping quality standards and supporting the scale-up of cutting-edge production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality control processes.
• Investigate quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Support audits, compliance and quality documentation.
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to improve quality.
• Analyse quality data and support continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in Quality Engineering.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, FMEA, SPC and Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience within manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Desirable

• Aerospace, automotive, defence or composites experience.
• FAIR/ISIR knowledge.
• Six Sigma or Quality certifications.
