Quality Control Manager

As the Quality Control Manager, you'll oversee the quality function, leading a team of quality engineers and inspectors. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to set and maintain high-quality standards. Reporting lines and contract type details will be discussed at the next stage.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to promote a strong quality-focused culture.
• Mentor and develop quality staff throughout the manufacturing process.
• Continuously improve the quality system to ensure it meets required standards.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO 13485, and FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
• Partner directly with commercial and operational functions to drive value for key clients.
• Engage with customer quality representatives to initiate and guide improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a scientific field.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in regulatory compliance and quality systems.
• Proven track record of managing a team (minimum 4 years).
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
