Job description

We are looking for a proactive and self motivated individual to join our Housing team in a pivotal role, helping to deliver safe, high quality homes for our residents. You will provide expert technical support and solutions to our Gas Technical Engineer, Gas team and contractors, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance and performance across gas and water systems, including Legionella control.

In this role, you'll play a key part in driving service excellence. You will monitor quality standards across a range of housing projects, identify issues, diagnose faults, specify works, and oversee remedial actions through to completion, making sure our customers receive a reliable and efficient service every time.

You'll bring experience of working in a fast paced, reactive maintenance environment, along with a strong understanding of housing regulations and relevant legislation. Acting with integrity and accountability, you'll help ensure we remain compliant while continuously improving our services.

We are looking for someone who is innovative, solution focused and committed to continuous improvement. Strong customer focus is essential; you will put residents at the heart of what you do and work collaboratively to deliver positive outcomes.
