We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance & Test Manager to lead quality governance for a major enterprise-wide network transformation programme within a global logistics environment.

This is a high-impact contract role, ideal for a senior QA leader with deep enterprise network transformation experience and a passion for embedding structured quality practices into complex organisations.

Programme Overview

The organisation is undertaking the full replacement of legacy Cisco Systems infrastructure with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (Aruba) technologies across:

• Underlay network architecture
• SD-WAN
• SD-LAN
• Routers, switches, and wireless access points

This transformation spans global operations and is critical to future scalability, security, and performance.

The Role

The Quality Assurance & Test Manager carries a dual mandate:

1️ Technical & Operational Quality Assurance

Ensure the transformed network environment meets defined technical, operational, performance, and security standards.

2️ Capability & Culture Transformation

Establish and embed a sustainable QA and structured testing culture across:

• The in-house network function
• A third-party service provider with limited exposure to enterprise-grade QA practices

This role is not just delivery-focused - it is organisationally transformational.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Define and implement the end-to-end QA & Test governance framework
• Establish structured quality gates across all programme phases
• Govern testing across underlay, SD-WAN and SD-LAN domains
• Drive quality accountability across internal and external teams
• Introduce measurable KPIs and quality performance dashboards
• Certify operational readiness prior to go-live
• Provide executive-level quality assurance statements and reporting

• Operational Readiness Certification & Quality Sign-off Packs

We are looking for:

• Proven experience as a QA/Test Manager in enterprise network transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of:
• Cisco enterprise environments
• HPE Aruba networking technologies
• SD-WAN / SD-LAN implementations
• Experience establishing QA frameworks in environments lacking structured testing maturity
• Strong governance, documentation, and executive reporting capability
• Experience working with third-party service providers in outsourced models
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent English (Portuguese is advantageous)

Ideal Background

• 10+ years in network quality assurance / test leadership
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or other globally distributed environments preferred
• ITIL, ISTQB, or equivalent QA certifications beneficial
