Quality Assurance Specialist

Quality Assurance Specialist needed in the FMCG Industry.

An organization in the cosmetics industry who have been around for 15 years is looking for a quality assurance specialist to join their team.

In this role, you will manage international quality assurance activities and projects that contribute to safeguarding and further improving the quality of products.

• Follow up on acute quality issues together with suppliers and coordinate non-conformity processes (e.g. CAPA);
• Review monthly customer feedback and take part in (bi)annual supplier evaluation sessions on quality KPIs;
• Signal product quality improvements in partnership with the Innovation Department and your suppliers, initiate quality improvement projects to optimize our product assortment;
• Function as a contact person for suppliers, sales organizations, and internal departments, managing quality-related procedures and inquiries;
• Act as business ambassador protecting all quality, safety, and legislation requirements.
