Location: London
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (minimum 30 hours/week)
We seek someone with ISO standards experience to support our Quality & Risk Team. Reporting to the Head of IMS, this role involves supporting ISO standards across various areas.
Key skills include:
- Minimum 12 months practical experience with ISO standards and Quality Management Systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong English language skills, written and verbal.
- Self-starter, team player, enthusiastic, and collaborative.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Flexible, adaptable, and sound judgment.
- Discreet, with integrity and confidentiality.
- Decision-making and planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Power BI, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities include administrative support, ISO standards management, internal audits, data management, report preparation, legal documentation, sub-consultant management, insurance validation, mailbox and calendar management, document control, policy review, audit preparation, and general admin support.
