Quality & Food Safety Technologist

In this role, you'll be responsible for turning quality data into actionable insights - analysing performance metrics, uncovering opportunities for improvement, and reporting impactful KPIs to stakeholders. Mars Wrigley Plymouth is seeking a dedicated Quality & Food Safety Technologist to be the primary site-based expert and key user for our digital systems and owning and maintaining standards for traceability, hold & release, testing, and sensory evaluation to ensure consistent application across site. Education & Professional Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline (preferred). Minimum A-C grades in GCSE (or equivalent) Maths, English & Science. A-Level education with grades C+ is preferable. Experience & Knowledge At least 2 years' experience working in Quality within the FMCG food industry (preferred). Hands-on experience with SAP and Microsoft Power platforms, including Power BI.
