Quality & Environment

The Quality & Environment should collaborate in the supervision of the quality and environmental projects within the group in accordance with the general strategy of the company and the stakeholders or regulations.

This position is based in Camper HQ, Mallorca.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with current legislation and best practices, ensuring that any new legislative changes are included in the Standards.
• Ensure consistency of quality and environmental standards across the supply chain.
• Implement processes needed for the Quality Management Systems
• Regular reporting to the Quality and Environmental Manager.
• Ensure Factories quality standards.
• Support environmental and social audits (BRM, EINF, Sustainability Annual Report, )
• Test and assure the product comply with the Restricted Substances List, Chemical Management.
• Implement systems which promote the provision of our products with limited environmental impact.
• Measuring the environmental impacts to set the company targets in CO2 (SBTi), Water, waste

Required

• 2-4 years experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in Quality and/or ESG department is a plus
• Spanish and English is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytic and able to interpret data to produce clear and concise reports
• Strong organizational skills and ability to organize workload
• Be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, as this role will involve collaborations across all departments.
• Self-motivated, improvement oriented.
• Availability to travel
