The Role
The company is seeking to add a highly talented Qualitative Researcher to the team at the Associate Director/Director level. The focus will be on the consumer side of the business, working with some of the biggest names in the consumer/FMCG space.
You will play a leading role in project delivery and client account development, inspiring and guiding the team to deliver outstanding work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading projects with overall responsibility for final deliverables
- Involvement at all project stages, from brief interrogation to final debrief and workshops
- Building effective and efficient project teams
- Managing and developing existing accounts
- Leading proposal writing
- Developing team members and mentoring junior staff
- Contributing to wider business initiatives outside of project/client responsibilities

Ideal candidates will have extensive qualitative experience, a passion for the consumer industry, and an interest in the challenges faced by FMCG brands.
