The RoleAs a Qualified Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the school's curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of individual pupils.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school leadership.
- Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures.
We are looking for teachers who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching within a UK school setting.
- Are passionate about supporting children and young people to achieve their potential.
- Have strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Are reliable, professional and adaptable.
- Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
- Are based in Darlington or are able to travel to Darlington and the surrounding areas.
