Qualified Social Worker, Neighbourhood Team, Rochdale CouncilPay rate £30 per hour Contract roleVitalis are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in a Neighbourhood Team in Rochdale Council.Rochdale Adult Care are recruiting for an experienced social worker to join the Middleton Integrated Neighbourhood Team to cover maternity leave of the current post holders. You will be an experienced positive and enthusiastic social worker who promotes a strength-based approach to assessments, support planning and offering advice and guidance to colleagues, service users and carers, as within the objectives of the Care Act 2014. Additionally, social workers are expected to promote the independence and well-being of service users and carers, utilising natural support and the voluntary sector, ensuring creativity with solutions to support planning.Please get in touch for more information.
