Locum Social Worker - Adult North Community Mental Health Team
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Locum Social Worker to join the Adult North Community Mental Health Team on an initial 6-month contract.
We are seeking a confident and proactive practitioner who can work effectively within a multi-disciplinary environment alongside health and social care colleagues.

- Apply the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and relevant legislation to practice
- Manage safeguarding concerns and undertake Section 42 enquiries
- Contribute to effective care planning and risk management
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary partners
- Support individuals with complex mental health needs
To Be Considered for the Role, ideally you will have:
- Qualified Social Worker with a recognised Social Work qualification
- Social Work England registration
- Strong assessment and analytical skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Organised, reliable, and confident in a fast-paced environment
