Qualified Social Worker, Carers Assessment and Review Team, Leicestershire County CouncilPay rate up to £38 per hourContract roleVitalis are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in a Carers Assessment and Review Team in Leicestershire County Council.Ideally looking for individuals who are experienced with Liquid Logic, carers and reviewing direct payments including financial audit.Carers assessments under the Care Act Reviews of carers support packages. Including review of their direct payment and a financial audit of the direct payment. All reviews will be primarily in personAssessment and review of Carers support plans/outcomes Support to clear a backlog of work Don't forget, if this role isn't the perfect fit, we're confident we can find one that is.
