The Role

As DO Manager, you'll take ownership of both dispensing and operational leadership within the practice.

Responsibilities will include:

Delivering expert dispensing advice tailored to patient needs Supporting patients with frame styling and lens solutions Leading and motivating the practice team day to day Ensuring an exceptional patient journey throughout Supporting clinic flow and diary organisation Managing day-to-day operational standards within the practice Handling adjustments, fittings, repairs, and aftercare Helping drive the continued success and reputation of the business This is a hands-on management role where you'll be heavily involved in both patient care and team leadership.
