What We're Looking For- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare is essential.
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
- Caring, patient, and nurturing approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and colleagues.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
- Right to work in the UK.
