About you

You're passionate about giving children the very best start in life and creating meaningful moments that inspire curiosity, confidence and a lifelong love of learning. You'll bring:

• A DfE approved Early Years qualification at Level 2 or above
• A strong understanding of the EYFS and experience working as a Key Person
• The creativity and enthusiasm to plan engaging, play based learning experiences that support every child's individual development
• Excellent observation and assessment skills, helping children achieve their full potential
• A collaborative approach, building trusted relationships with children, families and colleagues
• A genuine commitment to safeguarding and creating an environment where every child feels safe, valued and able to thrive
