You're passionate about giving children the very best start in life and creating meaningful moments that inspire curiosity, confidence and a lifelong love of learning. You'll bring:
- A DfE approved Early Years qualification at Level 2 or above
- A strong understanding of the EYFS and experience working as a Key Person
- The creativity and enthusiasm to plan engaging, play based learning experiences that support every child's individual development
- Excellent observation and assessment skills, helping children achieve their full potential
- A collaborative approach, building trusted relationships with children, families and colleagues
- A genuine commitment to safeguarding and creating an environment where every child feels safe, valued and able to thrive
