QC System Officer

Location: Amsterdam

Department: SAP Master Data Team

Salary: €4,500 gross/month excluding Holiday allowance and 13th month

Contract: 12 Months + Renewal

We are looking for a detail-oriented QC System Officer to join our QC Support team, focusing on SAP Master Data related to Quality Control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Master Data Setup & Maintenance

• Define, configure, and maintain QC Master Data in SAP, including materials, inspection plans, and related records.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Data Management & Governance

• Implement data governance policies for Master Data lifecycle management.
• Conduct audits to resolve inconsistencies and ensure data quality.
• Act as SME for SAP QC Master Data and related processes.

Quality Control Processes in SAP

• Develop and implement QC-related elements in SAP QM (e.g., inspection methods, catalogs, MICs, etc.).
• Support workflow customization and quality tracking functionalities.

Collaboration & Training

• Work cross-functionally with QA, IT, production, and supply chain teams.
• Train team members on SAP QC standards and procedures.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify and drive improvements in QC Master Data processes.
• Support new SAP functionalities or upgrades.

Reporting & Documentation

• Generate reports to analyze QC performance and trends.
• Maintain SOPs related to QC Master Data and SAP usage.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Information Systems, or similar.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in QC Master Data management or a similar role in a GMP-regulated environment.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SAP (preferably SAP QM).
• Strong knowledge of GMP and quality systems.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
