We're looking for a QC Automation Specialist to support lab system automation at our pharmaceutical site. This role focuses on enhancing systems like LIMS and SDMS, streamlining lab processes, and ensuring compliance across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide automation and integration support for lab systems
• Lead or contribute to lab tech projects (LIMS, SDMS, etc.)
• Maintain and improve SOPs, protocols, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders
• Drive lean-based continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure EHSS, GMP, and regulatory compliance
• Analyze lab data and support reporting/tracking
• Investigate non-conformances and perform root cause analysis

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
• Experience in lab automation or informatics within a GxP environment
• Familiarity with LIMS, SDMS, and lab system documentation
• Knowledge of lean practices and root cause analysis techniques
