Job Description
  • Sample, approve, and release incoming goods, packaging materials, and products for production
  • Request and review Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and Certificates of Conformance (CoC)
  • Review and file acetates for sampling activities
  • Identify training needs and conduct staff training
  • Maintain sampling documentation and archive retain samples
  • Manage the Supplier/Customer Defect (SCD) system, including issuing SCD numbers, coordinating with customers and suppliers, and closing SCDs
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers on artwork queries and manage artwork approvals
  • Review and approve Master Packaging Material Specifications
  • Conduct housekeeping audits and prepare reports
  • Raise, investigate, and close deviations and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
  • Assist in validation studies
  • Report safety issues and near misses to the Safety Officer/EHS Department
  • Perform other duties aligned with the company's overall goals
Requirements
  • Availability to work Thursday-Saturday, 7am-7pm
  • Ability to comply with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements
  • Ability to follow safe work practices and report safety issues and near misses
  • Ability to attend Health and Safety meetings
