QA Specialist

We are recruiting a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join a leading Pharmaceutical company in the County Waterford area. As the Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are manufactured, stored, and packaged in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). This is an initial 12 month contract with possible extension.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. As the Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist, you will work as part of the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with cGMP.
2. As the Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist, you will support the development and delivery of GMP training packages.
3. As the Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist, you will participate in the preparation and review of procedures and batch documentation.
4. As the Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist, you will conduct audits of all departments according to the agreed schedule.

Role Requirements

1. Relevant degree in a scientific or related discipline.
2. Proven industry experience in a similar role within a GMP environment.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with cGMP regulations.
