Job Description

At Track24 we empower organisations to protect their people, in any context, in any location, at any time.

At Track24, we're transforming the way organisations stay connected with their teams across the globe. Our flagship location intelligence platform, AtlasNXT, has launched us into an exciting phase of growth and are looking for passionate individuals to join our Engineering team.

What is AtlasNXT?

AtlasNXT empowers businesses to fulfil their duty of care by helping our customers make better decisions and stay ahead of risk, no matter where they are. As a QA Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, helping us to build a scalable geo-location platform which helps keep people safe wherever they are in the world.

Track24 is looking for a skilled and adaptable QA Engineer, to take ownership over our testing suite, and practices, as well as ensure that we are coding to the highest standard.

As a foundational hire, you'll be instrumental in shaping the QA discipline - introducing best practices, building test automation frameworks, and ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, and robust before reaching our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans across multiple areas of the Track24 product suite
  • Work with Engineering to forecast and plan quarterly test coverage
  • Build and maintain automated test suites integrated into CI pipelines
  • Lead the introduction of QA best practices across both legacy and greenfield systems
  • Communicate QA risks and concerns effectively to the Head of Engineering and Technical Leads
  • Help define and uphold quality standards, providing technical feedback on performance and maintainability
  • Ensure the Engineering team's "ways of working" are embedded in QA processes
  • Stay informed on emerging testing tools and automation techniques
  • Test critical system workloads, edge cases, and behaviours to ensure reliability and high availability
Requirements
  • Proven experience with manual and automated testing in CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience testing distributed, service-oriented, or event-driven architectures
  • Skilled in writing automated tests for both legacy and greenfield projects
  • Familiar with project management tools like Jira or Linear
  • Strong technical foundation with a track record of assuring high-quality systems at scale
  • Comfortable in high-stakes environments with strict uptime and availability standards

We offer a flexible hybrid working environment, with a modern office located just 10 minutes from Farringdon Station. Most of the team works from the office once a week, and we're looking for someone who's comfortable and motivated within this model.

We also place strong emphasis on learning and development across the organisation, providing opportunities for continuous growth and professional advancement.
