Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications aligned with project requirements

• Ensure all work complies with security protocols and industry standards

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience developing with Python in a professional setting
• Hold an active security clearance at SC level or above
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and best practices
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into functional code
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience working within the defence, security, or related sectors is highly desirable

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with secure coding practices and compliance standards
• Knowledge of other programming languages or frameworks such as Java or REST APIs
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
