Job Description
Our client, a leading manufacturing and engineering company in Co. Wicklow, is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to support their supply chain function during a key operational phase.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end to end procurement of materials and components
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts and performance
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure supply continuity
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Experience in purchasing/procurement
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, production focused environment
- 6 month contract with potential extension
- Opportunity to make an immediate impact within a well established organisation
