Job Description
CPL Recruitment is working with our industry client to recruit a Purchasing Administrator to support their Buying Team on an initial 3-month temporary contract based in Lombardstown.
Hybrid: 2 days from home
Full Time: Monday to Friday
- Maintain and update supplier and retail catalogues, ensuring accuracy
- Process and log price changes in line with approvals
- Handle product and pricing queries from internal teams
- Support e-commerce activities, including updating product information online
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning
- Assist with promotions, working closely with the marketing team
- Prepare reports, margin analysis, and benchmarking data
- Resolve supplier invoice queries and support purchasing processes
- Provide general administrative support to the buying team
- Previous experience in an administrative or purchasing support role
- Highly proficient in Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in retail, agri, or a similar environment is advantageous
- 3-month temporary contract with potential for extension
- Hybrid working model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
