Job Description
Purchase Ledger Supervisor - 6 months Supervise and support a team of 2 Accounts Payable staff Oversee invoice processing, payment runs, and supplier reconciliations Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve queries Assist with month-end close and reporting Drive process improvements and support system enhancements What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in a supervisory role Strong understanding of AP processes and financial controls Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment What you'll get in return
