Are you a sales hunter with a passion for mobile advertising and relationship-building? Ready to own a pipeline and help scale a high-growth business? We're looking for a Publisher Sales Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to close deals, and is excited to bring top-tier publishers into our portfolios.
In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, pitching, and onboarding premium digital publishers-helping them unlock new monetization opportunities while driving meaningful value across our performance marketing ecosystem.
What you'll do
Own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and close.
Identify and engage high-potential publishers across mobile environments including web, app, CTV, and programmatic channels.
Pitch our value proposition with clarity and impact-articulating how we drive growth and revenue for partners.
Build a strong, qualified pipeline through research, cold outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
Provide market feedback to help shape our publisher offering, tools, and monetization strategies.
Exceed sales targets by consistently closing high-value deals that align with business goals.
Own & manage a portfolio of publishers onboarded-aligning their business objectives with strategic planning.
Analyze, track, and optimize campaign performance-report on KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and tackle underperformance head-on.
What You Bring
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing account management-preferably in app marketing, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or programmatic advertising.
A go-getter with a can-do attitude-you get things done and make things happen.
Sharp analytical & strategic thinking skills-you spot trends, connect the dots, and take action.
Strong understanding of the digital publishing ecosystem-including monetization models, traffic sources, and ad tech.
Top-tier organizational & multitasking skills-you balance priorities like a pro.
Confident communicator with strong written & verbal presentation skills.
A problem solver-you don't just wait for opportunities; you create them.
Fluent in English (business level).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
